If you do not accept these terms and conditions, please do not continue to use this website. Your continued use of this website confirms your acceptance of these terms and conditions.


MOMENTSTHATUNITE.CO.UK is owned and operated by Jessica Harrison trading as Moments That Unite and Fotografixx.

Acceptance of Terms

Your access to and use of MOMENTSTHATUNITE.CO.UK (“the Website”) is subject exclusively to these Terms and Conditions. You will not use the Website for any purposes that are unlawful or prohibited by these Terms.

By using the Website, you are accepting the terms, conditions and disclaimers laid out within this document. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Website or services.


Whilst we will endeavour to ensure that all information contained within the Website is correct, we can not be held liable for any damage, loss or expense resulting from errors or omissions.

Due to the nature of the goods supplied, there may be slight variations in detail from the illustrations provided on the website. Illustrations are provided for guidance only as the majority of goods are handmade, personalised or made to order.

Changes to the Website

- Change or remove (temporarily or permanently) the Website or any part of it without notice, and you confirm that MOMENTSTHATUNITE.CO.UK shall not be liable to you for any such change or removal; and

Prices stated on quotation offer forms are valid for 30 days only from the date on the document. Past the 30 day mark, we reserve the right to change pricing as necessary.

Prices on the Website may be subject to change without notice. Whilst every effort is made to ensure prices are accurate, mistakes can happen on rare occasions. In this case, we will correct the mistake as quickly as possible. Moments That Unite reserves the right to cancel orders placed with incorrect pricing.


As all of our wedding stationery items are made to order using materials that can vary from batch to batch, there may be variations between illustrations used on the website, digital proof images that you receive as part of the process and finished items.

All of the descriptions and images used on the website are intended to give a general illustration of the products as specific details including, but not limited to texture, pattern and tone can vary slightly in the finished products.

Payment Terms

No orders will be sent to print until payment of the total invoice value has been received in full. Through our website, you are currently able to pay by card or PayPal. If you wish to pay by BACs, please send us an email on

All custom quotation orders will have the choice of payment being made by card, PayPal or BACs. You will be able to make this choice during the quotation process.

If you wish to pay a booking deposit and then the remainder before the order goes to print, please send us an email on As with any other order, the goods will not go to print until the balance due has been paid in full.


Once the order has gone to print, all monies paid are non-refundable if an order cancellation is requested. Should an order cancellation request be received prior to going to print, we will refund the value paid, less any services already stated as non-refundable.

If a cancellation request is received once the order has gone to print but has not been completed, a refund can be provided for the cost of items that have not already been, or begun, the printing process.

We reserve the right to cancel the order at any time until the order has been delivered for any reason and refund the customer in full.

When you place an order to purchase a product or request a quote from MOMENTSTHATUNITE.CO.UK, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order or with a quotation offer. Your order or quotation request represents an offer to us to purchase a product, that is accepted by us when we dispatch the product to you.


You agree to indemnify and hold Jessica Harrison t/a Moments that Unite and agents harmless from and against all liabilities, legal fees, damages, losses, costs and other expenses in relation to any claims or actions brought against Moments that Unite arising out of any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions or other liabilities arising out of your use of this Website.

Force Majeure

Jessica Harrison t/a Moments that Unite shall not be liable for any default due to any act of God, war, strike, lock outs or other industrial action, government or other restriction or regulations, or any other event beyond the reasonable control of Moments that Unite.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by English law. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
