8 Answers to Your Questions about Wedding Stationery

General Wedding Stationery Help

May 21, 2020

Looking for wedding stationery and got a few questions about what's what? Whether it's time frames, printing techniques or anything else, someone has probably already asked us! Read on for 8 answers to your questions about wedding stationery.

Question 1 - What types of stationery do you offer and which would best suit my budget?

Here at Moments that Unite, we offer a huge variety of wedding stationery and we pride ourselves on offering something to suit every budget and every style. To help answer the question of budget suitability in this section, we are going to reference the pricing of our save the date cards for consistency.

If you need a truly affordable wedding stationery suite, you can't go wrong with our recycled Kraft ranges. Their popularity means that we can offer some incredibly low prices on this range, which means you can purchase personalised brown Kraft save the date cards from us from just 35p each.

Moving up to the next price bracket is our recycled white and textured white save the date cards. These options are perfect if you want something that is still affordable, but has a traditional feel to it. Our recycled and textured white save the date cards start at just 55p each.

Love glitter? Next up are our range of shimmering, sparkling save the date cards with prices starting from just 65p each.

If you want something truly unique, we also offer white ink print wedding stationery on a choice of black or navy blue. These save the date cards fall higher up the price range at 80p each.

If you want something that really pushes the boat well and truly into "special", why not look at our gold foil save the date cards? Something this exquisite sadly doesn't fall at the cheaper end of the price bracket - these save the date cards are available from £1.90 each.

Question 2 - Do you do your printing in-house or do you outsource?

All of our core ranges - so our recycled brown Kraft, recycled white, textured white and shimmering arctic white are all printed in house.

Our more specialised card types; including our white ink and gold foil designs are currently outsourced. This just enables us to offer unique options to our customers that we might otherwise have been unable to!

Question 3 - Can you do custom invitations?

Of course!

All of our wedding invitations can be customised and personalised out of the box, but if you want a variation on one of our house suites or a totally bespoke design, we'd love to help you out!

Question 4 - Can I order all my other stationery from you, as well as the invitations?

Of course!

All of our house wedding invitation designs are available with a full matching suite of save the dates, guest information cards, menu inserts, RSVP inserts and so much more. We can also offer on-the-day signs, labels, thank you cards, Order of Service books and just about anything else you could dream of.

Question 5 - Do you offer recycled paper or any other eco-friendly materials?

Our favourite cards are recycled!

In our core wedding stationery range, you will find many designs available on our recycled white or our stunning recycled brown Kraft cards.

Both of these are 100% recycled and can be supplied with matching recycled envelopes.

Question 6 - Will I be able to approve my invitation before print?

Indeed you can!

As standard, we send all of our clients a proof image of all of their wedding stationery products (unless they aren't personalised!) before we go to print with an order.

At this stage, any and all required changes can be made; we never go to print on an order without speaking to the clients first.

Question 7 - How long will it take for me to receive the finished product?

This question doesn't always have a set answer.

If you order from one of our core ranges, such as our recycled brown Kraft, we generally have an order turnaround time of 5-7 working days once the design has been approved.

Our specialist finishes (white ink and gold foil) take a little longer - these have an average lead time of 14 working days once the design has been approved. Something this exquisite can't be rushed!

Question 8 - How much will it cost me to mail each invitation (including the RSVP card and information pack)?

Our standard, A6 invitations along with a guest information and RSVP inserts can easily fit into a standard Royal Mail letter size.

Of course the exact measurements will depend on what you have - if you'd like us to work out the size and weight for a specific arrangement, send us an email on and we will see what we can do!
