When should I send Save the Date cards?

Generally speaking, about a year before the big day is ideal. Of course, there's nothing stopping you sending Save the Date cards as soon as you've settled on a date! Save the Date cards don't need any detailed information; just a date and the couple's names is all that is needed to get your guests to secure the date in advance.

When should I send invitations?

There's no one-size-fits-all answer to this question. However, sending invitations about three months before your big day gives everyone the chance to respond and make any arrangements necessary to help you get the information to your venue in time.

When should my RSVP date be?

Most couples opt for two to four weeks before their wedding day. It might be helpful to check with any venues and suppliers (such as caterers) that you are working with in case they need to know final numbers for your big day a certain amount of time before.

How many invites or save the date cards should I order?

It's always wise to order a couple extras in case of mistakes or if you want to invite additional people if some guests can't make it. It's entirely up to you to decide if you want to allow one invitation per person, couple or even family.

Can I change the wording on the wedding invitations?

Of course! If you love one of our designs but want to add or change the wording, just send us a message on sales@momentsthatunite.co.uk and we'll get back to you.

Can you print my stationery in a different language?

We can indeed! This is providing that you provide the information in the exact format that you want it. We can also not be held liable for any mistakes or translation errors in information we are given in a different language.

I found a design I love, but I want to change the font. Can you do this?

Yes! It's your wedding after all.
If there's a design you want but you'd like to see it with a different font, just send us an email on sales@momentsthatunite.co.uk with details of the design, product and any font ideas you have, and we'll get back to you with a sample design.

What happens once I've placed my order?

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an automated confirmation email containing the details of the products, designs and quantities that you have ordered. This email also serves as a receipt of your purchase. If you notice any mistakes, please send us a message as soon as possible to enable us to correct this for you.

Within 2 working days of receiving your order, we will send you a proof image of your wedding stationery. We will send you a proof as both a JPG image and as a PDF. The PDF will be set up so, if you wish, you can print this at actual size on A4 paper to see your design this way.

This allows you to take a look and confirm that everything is exactly how you want it before we go to print. It also means you can make last-minute changes if you need to!
